We have a comprehensive CNC & conventional milling capacity, with various 3 and 4-axis milling machines including vertical & horizontal machines and a large CNC bed mill. This gives us the versatility to machine parts in a verity of sizes and materials. Our milling machinists have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Laser cutting allows precision cutting of even the most complex parts without contamination or material loss and without compromising the finish of the material. The use of modern technology enables precision cutting up to 0.1mm to be achieved. We can offer a cut sheet to a maximum size.

Part programming can be carried out both at the machine or off-line.
CAD/CAM Services
Enabling the process to be simulated and verified for optimum tool path control. This approach to programming reduces the overall cycle time which helps us to stay competitive and achieve shorter lead times as a result.
We can receive several types CAD/CAM files directly from the client for use during the manufacturing process.
